Start by submitting a resume with Dynamic Staffing online. When you have completed this step, contact our office about setting up an interview. Our office takes applications by appointment, only—Monday-Friday. Please dress professionally and bring two forms of ID. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill out necessary paperwork.
You will speak with friendly Dynamic Staffing Managers about your employment history, skill sets, salary requirements and expectations you may have for your career. From this growing relationship, we will be able to get a sense of what you are all about, helping us to ensure the right fit between candidate and employer.
When an employment opportunities become available, we will present you with an outline of the positions, and ask you if you would like to be submitted for consideration. If you would like to proceed, we will get you set up with an interview. You will be made familiar with the interviewing company that is interested in you. After the interview, we will be in touch with you to discuss how the interview went for you, and if any there are any negotiations regarding a job offer.
If you do not feel good about the job placement offered to you, be honest and let us know. It will not change our relationship, or hurt your chances of us promoting you as a candidate. It is important to us that you find a job that works for you.
Please do not become discouraged if you do not hear from us right away. The length of time it takes to get you into an assignment will depend on your level of experience, as well as the industry in which you are looking to work, and the company’s urgency to fill the position.
